Scratched parts
We received the replacement knobs, of the 5, three had visible scratches. I would have returned them but needed one replacement ASAP so I kept them.

Got the right product
Hard to find the right replacement knobs. Sears sales helped quickly and professionally, though I did have to ask if an OEM alternative existed. Name brand was WAY to expensive. OEM was livable.
