Fixed the vibrating problem but.........
The washer was shaking and all on line info suggested replacing the shocks...which I did. There was a you tube video explaining how to access the front and rear..relatively simple..and removal / replacement was easy....the cost of the shocks however I thought was outrageous......a plastic tube with greased rod insert made in China....Was quoted $60.79 each for the front; $39.25 each for the rear for a total of $200.08 and I got a $20.00 discount when I told them about a lower on line price. So my final price was $180.01 plus $9.99 for shipping for a total of $190.07....about 1/3 the price for a new machine. (and thank goodness no sales tax in Montana) 5 stars for fixing the problem (and hopefully extending the life of the machine to warrant the investment).....thus the 2 star rating.
