the product was damaged on the left side corner with a very visible chipped. luckily the glass wasn't. I think that to return it it is a hassle for me and really had bad experience ordering as well. Also very expensive for a chipped defective part.

Directions Missing Crucial Step
Item arrived before the expected date, and months before my local sears repair person said they could get the part in stock. Installation was fairly easy, though the instructions on the website missed the step to remove the strip of metal from the front edge of the old stove top to install on the new one. I suggest two people to install.
