This product is a true direct fit for my Kenmore Laundry center, I am pretty experienced with home repairs and this was a 2 hour start to finish job, including vacuuming out 4 years of debris :-0. When removing and replacing the drum highly recommend a second set of hands to help. This product also has the 2 thermal couplers which is also a bonus nothing to replace a total plug and play.

A bit difficult to install
Wear gloves all the time semi difficult to install not easy very tricky to do takes about 1 1/2 hours trying to put back the door is a pain

It tool me over 2 hours to remove the old part and replace with new part. Need work instruction ship along with the part.
