Housing plastic and cheap
I ordered the replacement part and found it to be identical to the broken part. The cost was extremely expensive when you consider the base of the faucet is made from plastic and feels cheap. The system for tightening the base is not very good and is what caused the first one to break. Still trying to install part so that it feels solid and not unstable.

Only needed a replacement air gap attachment piece
It's disappointing to have to buy the entire $80 replacement faucet when only the small plastic air gap insert is what was needed. But unfortunate cost aside, the faucet exactly replaced the one from my WHER25 RO filter system.

Easily installed by following the instructions.
Water was getting into the battery compartment on the faucet I had purchased and installed less than a month ago. I chatted at the Website & explained what was happening and was sent a new replacement at no charge.
