Dysfunctional company
I called, talked to a representative, and cancelled my order because it was on backorder. I wasn't told this before or after I placed my order. I only found out when I had not heard anything about shipping and looked into it. A week and a half later, the stupid thing showed up at my door even though I had cancelled the order. No wonder Sears is struggling.

Not the right freezer shelf for Model 25331612101
This freezer shelf is listed for model 25331612101. NOT THE CORRECT SHELF!!! Will not work in this freezer. Pain in the butt trying to get the correct one from Sears Parts Direct. So far, three of the parts I ordered for this appliance do not fit it.

I need to send it back due to being the wrong size, this even after providing the model #. Kind of hard to understand how this could happen.

Returns are impossible
Ok so the measurements of my freezer are spot on, however this shelf does not fit. The link to return the item is dead... no customer service live body to talk to. BUYER BEWARE if you purchase from the website understand there's no way to return an item.
