Exercise machine cable
Ordered a replacement cable on Jan 2nd.. After a week of no activity with my order, I called customer service. It took a lot of "on hold" to get thru. Had to call twice, as got cut off the first time. Both service reps were hard to understand due to heavy accents. The second rep said she would send an inquiry to I believe the service center and they would respond within 3 days. On the 3rd day, I received an email that my part had shipped. What a coincidence... (Ended up getting the part on the 14th). A little disturbing at the end of the call... she tried to "add on" sale me a refrigerator filter...and when I said no to that, She added in if I would be adding a roof, siding or windows in the near future? Is Sears that desperate for sales? I told her that "I just want the cable".

Perfect replacement
Have an old weight machine - and other sources wanted almost 100 bucks for this cable. Got it for about 1/5 th that price - and it fits perfectly and works like a charm. Got three cables total, all were perfect and much cheaper than the alternative. Would not hesitate to recommend. One very small thing in my replacement. I had to buy new "nuts" for this cable. The thread size is a standard thread - and my original was a "thin" or tighter thread - not a big deal. Each nut was 7 cents at my local hardware store.
