Horrible customer service
This DOES NOT include the lid despite the fact that is says it includes the lid. Despite this fact the company refuses to send the lid.

Be sure to photograph your machine before you take it apart. That helped me reroute the wires.

Not bad, not great. Average...as expected.
The blade on our last blender jar broke, and we decided to look for a new jar, versus buying a whole new blender. Looked online and compared prices, Sears had the best price, including shipping.
