Design Issue: Hard to Install
The problem with this shaft design is that it is very hard to torque down the hex nut because the whole roller assembly slips as you turn the socket wrench. What the shaft needs is two machined flats on the opposite end of the shaft (from the hex nut) to apply another open-end wrench to keep the assembly from slipping while torquing the nut.
