Oven door handle replacement.
Ordered the oven handle, arrived when stated. Fits snuggly, easy to place on. I just needed to pay attention to ordering the right color to match my oven which was bisque. the white looks fine.

Not easy install!!!
For one thing, this is the 3rd handle I've had to buy. The screw continues to strip out and because it is plastic, when that happens, it isn't any good any more. I think it would a better option to make the handle or at least the part that the screws go in, out of metal.

Good parts service high price poor quality product
Easy to install , but may require 2 people , one to hold door together while other attaches handle. The price of replacement parts is outrageous. Needed to order the 2 bolts to attach door handle. Cost over $30 with shipping for 2 bolts!!! ?? The quality of Kenmore products in general are not what they used to be. Three bad major appliances in a row for me. I am done with Kenmore.

I needed a new drawer for my refrigerator, the wrong drawer was sent the first time. I called and was told you would send the right one. It was back stocked for 2 months. Finally received the second one, and it's still the wrong drawer.
