Let the engine cool and disconnect the spark plug wire before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Shaft was east to remove, easy to put new one in, but the choke plate was bigger diameter than the old one, had to re-use the old plate. Didn't use the spring.

Easy to install I just pulled the old one out and inserted the new one until it clicked into place. I used the old spring and it worked fine.
