Perfect part

Spent $100 on a call out from our homeowners insurance (which we pay $80/monthly). They told us they couldn't find the part and offered to pay $400 for a new dishwasher. Ours cost $1200. Searched the part myself, spent $45, and clipped it on myself approximately 3 weeks later. Works fine. I will be back for my refrigerator

What a convoluted and antiquated purchase experience. First, the product was delayed beyond what I was promised during the purchase experience. So I found it with another company and got the replacement part faster. Second, when I received the other part, I contacted Sears to cancel the order, only to be told that the product was already shipped. Third, The product was actually shipped days after I was told it was shipped. In the end I got my money back, but this is a company with a bad product inventory and order system.
