The coils are impossible to reach
I was in chat when the tech told me I should buy a brush to clean the coils of my refrigerator. However, when a big guy and I pulled the refrigerator out, they were inaccessible. How do I get my money back?

Unnecessary Upsell Product
I called in to order a water bypass filter and a new gasket for my refrigerator door. Of course they had to offer additional products, since it was less than $10 and I had never cleaned my coils before I said why not. But honestly this is an unnecessary product. Also, no instructions on how to use. Only but what you called for.

refrigerator brush was too big for the coils
It was too big to get between coils on my refrigerator. I could not use it and has to use compressed air to get the dirt off the coils. Price was reasonable at $7.
