Not the correct part.
In unable to repair, wrong part, I may be the problem also, because of the way I have read the break down of the parts, I read the name of the parts, it reads bottom plate, which covers the roller brush. Anyway, I'm going to return the item back to the company that sent me the part, but first I have to go to their website and fill out the paper work for me to send back their product. Be careful, out there!
