I was very easy to install
Well, we ordered the part and received it fast. But, the part was defective and we had to order the same part again and return the defective part. I was frustrated and told my son to order another part. i don't know if he ordered it from Sears or Amazon. I really didn't care as I needed my dryer. Those baskets get heavy to carry to my daughters home to dry.

Dissatisfied
The timer arrived in a beat up box, with no bubble wrap of any type of protection - it was just loose in the box and appeared dusty/dirty almost like it was used and not new. the install is not the issue - it is the quality of the item itself that was sent to me.
