I had tried three different times with another to get the correct part. I had to send each one back. One time with Sears. They sent the right product right on time. I paid a little more but it was not significant. Customer service was accurate with the product and part number

Lawn Tractor Deflector Shield
I ordered the Tractor Deflector Shield twice and twice it was the wrong one. The first time it was my mistake and the second time it was the customer service rep's mistake. I have sent all parts parts back but have not recieved any creidt basce as of yet, its been about 2 weeks.

Install required drilling new hole. Chute is bigger than original. Beware of being blasted with tons of spam after registering!

Make sure the part that is sent is the correct part. By description it was but when received was totally different than the one needed.

Does not fit my mower
Hello, I own a Craftsman Riding Mower Model 247.203731. I ordered the deflector shield part below to replace my current one. Part #631-05191A This part replaces 631-04288. Substitute parts can look different from the original. This part replaces 631-04288 This part shows it is a substitution but does not state that it has no center hole to attach it to my mower deck with a nut and bolt like the original part does. I had to return the part because there is no way to attach it to my deck without drilling a hole through the metal where the hole should be. Is there another part available that aligns with my current mower deck?
