Large element control switch works fine
I bought this to replace one large element's control switch. The placement of the electrical tabs is different than the original control switch, so be sure to make note of where each wire connects to before disconnecting the old switch. The wires were long enough to reach the new tab positioning.

Worked perfectly
Like it said, it may not look like the part you're replacing. The key is to make sure each wire is connected to the same lead as the old. There are letters that identify each lead on the switch. Take pictures to make sure you know how it looked.
