Our company ordered the part a few weeks ago. We then received a notice of the part being "backordered." We needed the part for a customer's freezer. So, we obtained the part at another parts distributor. Then, suddenly, after informing us that the part was backordered, Sears shipped the new part to us! Confusing information!!!! Replacing Freezer Thermostat
If I actually needed this thermostat to keep the freezer working, you would get no stars. It took over a week to arrive and I saw nowhere on the website that would have allowed for expedited shipping. The part, when it did arrive, was the correct part.. .
