The price of these stupid LED strip lights is highway robbery. In addition, one of the brand new lights was defective. Trying to talk to a human at your end is, well let's say that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SEARS.

Kenmore Refrigerator LED light replacement
Sears PartsDirect personnel were very difficult to understand and work with. The person shipped the wrong part, then in the second conversation recommended a different but equally wrong part. Very frustrating and unhelpful!! I spent over an hour in one conversation alone!

LED Light and Tapered Lens Cover Assembly
This LED Light for my Sears Refrigerator is very expensive. It took several attempts for Sears technician to find the right video showing installation of this light. Even then, the job was still complicated. Finally, I was able to do it.

Wrong part
I ordered the top interior light and received the light behind the crisper. Paid $82.00 for the part. Problem still there with barely any light.
