Does not fit rear wheels

Hub cap carries two different part numbers in the mower manual, but the manual does not specify front or rear. The two part numbers are both associated with the rear wheel in the manual. The hub caps I received will not snap on to the new rear wheels (but does fit onto the old, broken rear wheel). So I suppose this design change becomes my fault. I will now have to drill holes and screw the hub cap to the wheel. CANNOT RELY ON THE MANUAL.
