Relatively easy!
Installation was pretty much straight forward. It should have taken less than a half hour.. After removing the element that failed and installing the new one it did not work when I turned it on. After rechecking wiring and retesting switch and looking for broken wires, I realized that the connections on the new unit did not match the old one exactly. So I had to move 2 wires to a different location because of the orientation of the the integral switches. If a notice had been sent with the new unit about the reconfiguration of the terminals for the switches on the element, the switch out of the elements would have been quick. After troubleshooting the issue and making the adjustment it worked perfectly.

Google it! Easy to install!
Why pay a service man $100 plus full retail on the parts when it's SO easy to install yourself? You Tube has videos that show you step by step how to do it. About a half dozen screws and you're done!
