Turntable motor installation

Replaced the turntable motor in less than 5 minutes. Our model is an over-the- stove unit. 5 screws remove the bottom cover and it hinges back to expose the motor. One screw holds the motor in. RECOMMENDATION - order the microwave turntable motor coupling also. It's plastic and cracks easily. SUGGESTION - ch the coupler first to see if it is cracked! Might save you the expense of the replacement motor.

Turntable motor is not compatible with my rotor

Replacement motor has male D drive. OEM motor has female square drive. Waiting on replacement rotor. Because of lack of adequate part description, I have to pay two shipping charges. Still do not know if the replacement rotor will match replacement motor. Suggest selling rotor and motor as a package for compatibility reasons. Rotor is only $2.50.
