Junk, not the same quality as original.
Oh, sure, it has the Mfg part number but it's not the same quality. The housing (not called casing) is tight, on even a worn core. There's a noticeable 'labor' by the motor, and spins down to a stop quickly when turned off. The coupling won't stay engaged with the hand piece. It keeps popping out. Not usable.
