Semi easy to install
The oven door handle and vent were fairly easy to install with 2 people. The customer service people were excellent in helping us find the the correct part for our 13 year old oven (as the part numbers had changed).

Website failure
Their website does not reflect their inventory. I needed one fast and their site said it had it in stock, until after I paid. Then it said it was backordered. It's going back as I was able to order one from Frigidaire and received it in time to use my oven safely for Thanksgiving. Sears finally shipped and I got the part Friday, after turkey day.

I did not see information for a choice of color when I ordered this part. My range is white. I received a cream colored handle. Is there a white available, can I exchange this part? How long would it take to receive a replacement?
