4 main screws to remove where located.....2 small screws to remover thermostat timer....place behind all and re-screw timer. plug wires back in and re-attach cover (4 screws).......you will see....nothing to it. and the main thing.....it works.

Chicago suburbs garage refrigerator was just purchased a month ago and would not keep anything frozen in the freezer, fridge worked ok. This heater got it up and running to normal freezer temperatures by the next morning. Got the part within a week. All you need is a 1/4 nut driver (or a ratcheting wrench with a 1/4 socket and an extension) and a philips screwdriver. The part you need to install this heating coil on is in a housing in the refrigerator compartment (part that holds the light bulb). Just take out the whole housing after unplugging the fridge and work gently around wiring from there. Don't really need directions to install (it's that simple!) but it does come with detailed install directions with real pictures. Just keep an eye on the temperature adjustments because this coil tricks the fridge into thinking it's actually warmer INSIDE the fridge and freezer than it really is.
