Perfect Fix !!!!!!!!
My Kenmore upright freezer stop working after a power outage, the Freezer User Interface was all goofy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new freezer, but I searched to see what it could be and found the Freezer User Interface at Sears PartsDirect. Was kind of wearied about taking the gamble and spending the money, but it was well worth it, perfect fix ! Lot cheaper than a new freezer.

Seems to work
Plugged it in to the freezer and plugged the cord in. It started working. The only problem is it took five months to get here.

Does not work
This part is supposed to be easy to install but didn't fit correctly. I was able to get it in, but refrigeration was not restored (the light went on, though). At this point, it looks like a complete waste of money. Everything in the freezer is a total loss.

Easy to install. Just plug in .
Unplug freezer, remove old board with a thin scraper gently lifting. Plug in new control panel. Took one minute!

super easy to install
This was super easy to install. It was pop out the old and pop in the new. Took me less than 2 min to do. Now... I will say it took over three weeks to get this part. I olny ordered it from Sears because it's the only place that had it. I had to get rid of, cook and store a freezer full of food in other places. I was hoping to get this part fast so I could fix my freezer. The part got backordered three times. The first time I was not even notified until the day it was supposed to arrive. It finally showed up and I popped it in and it worked like a dream.

Installed in 2 seconds, by plugging the part in.
This is a simple DIY repair. Carefully pry the edges of the part enough to use your fingers to pull/unplug the part from the pin insert plug.
