Terrible Customer Service, but the part did arrive
I ordered the part from Sears, due to the fact, the part was in-stock and they have a reputation for appliances. The part was in fact, not in stock, and was being drop shipped from another company. After three phone calls and a lot of conflicting information from the representatives, the part did arrive, a week beyond the scheduled delivery date. If you have to order from Sears, do not expect your parts to arrive on time according to their website.
