Didn't realize I was sent a substitute part
The handle that I need is no longer manufactured (I've looked elsewhere), but the substitute part was half the length, so it wouldn't fit . The return process was simple, I was able to print a UPS pre-paid label, but it will be deducted from my return. The ratings below should be n/a, but I was able to quickly determine that it couldn't be installed, and installation was not possible.
