Be more forthright if possible
I like knowing that it's a Sears part for a Sears product. When I entered the part number in the search engine that I was using, many other suppliers came up. When I tried 2 others, they were out of stock. I was very pleased when I went to Sears parts direct and found the part, ordered it & was told it would arrive 5 days later. 5 days passed then 6. On the 7th day I found that the part was back ordered. I called and was told that I would get an update shortly, I never did. Meanwhile I'm having to mow my 1 acre lawn with a push mower. The part finally arrived 15 days after the date promised. It all worked out and the mower is repaired, but doesn't your system know when a part is out of stock? Fair price and reasonable shipping charge; just try to be more forthright with the delivery date!
