I ordered replacement for clear door bins for my refrigerator. I was Ôhelped' by outsourced help whose English was barely understandable. The part number was read directly off the part. They sent me white bins. My bins are clear. They wanted me to do the work and waste my time packing up their bins and returning them. Once they received them, they'd send out the new ones, and return my money. In the meantime, they wanted to charge me for the correct bins, which they'd send out once they received the wrong bins. No wonder Sears is going out of business. I finally got them to pick up the wrong bins and send out the new bins where I'm not doing a double charge for a period of time. That's it for this transaction. I'm now waiting on a Sears repair guy to make their 19th visit to fix my dishwasher that isn't even a year old. Yet, somehow it doesn't qualify under their lemon rules to be replaced because the company Sears sent out for several of the visits wasn't Sears even though Sears chose and sent out the repair people to fix the product they sold. I will never buy from Sears again. As Sears goes bankrupt not supporting what they sell and hiring barely understandable outsourced help, I will not shed a single tear as this legacy company folds and disappears. I won't be buying another appliance from Sears again.
