OEM Replacement
Works great! Same as original. You will need screws and nuts to bolt in place because old unit has riveted nuts that you will not be able to remove.

Great product, saved $2000!
Range hood was broken, replacing the entire thing would've costed over $2000, instead the motor was swapped out and works perfectly. This is NOT an easy change though - you need an electrician and they must be experienced. Whole process took a few hours.

Easy to install after removing from wall
Was not hard to install after removing from wall - in order to connect ground and other wires you must remove from wall. be sure to take picture of wire color order and attach ground wires before reattaching new blower.
