Correct part with a issue
Unit should have been a 15 minute job. but the mounting holes were not tapped and the original screws were not self tapping, fortunately I had the correct tap for the screws. Other than that unit works as it should. If the manufacturer is not going to tap the holes then provided the proper self tapping screws for the job.

Improperly drilled screw holes
The part took over 3 months to get here, and when it did the screw holes are not threaded so I can not install it. Now I have to call a service person to do what I could have easily done.

Not Happy
The timer will not communicate with my washer. I simplybdont inderstand why. I have tried calling your tech support and im put on hold for more that 30 minutes each time. I finished cooking lunch and I was still on hold!
