Helpful service and timely delivery
It was difficult to find the appropriate part number and was unable to complete the order online, but was able to determine the right part after talking to a service representative on the phone. Part works, but it doesn't fit quite as well as original part (lint screen)

We got the wrong filter, it does not fit. There is no paperwork on the item, and no return paperwork.

Perfect part
This replaced my broken part on my Kenmore Elite and fitted perfectly even though the part number had one more letter than was on the lint catcher. My real problem was a bent wire and my husband was able to repair that so that this one doesn't break, too.
