All parts arrived in new condition. I am a 60+ year user of Sears tools and appliances. I am grateful the parts store is still around. I am sad to realize that when my tools finally wear out, that will be the end of so much that made America great. I have no confidence in battery-powered lawn mowers, tillers, etc.j
