Damaged package
Package was severely damaged and was afraid to open it thinking the worse. Your drivers or those that are loading the trucks need to be more careful so as to not put the light weight items on the bottom then put heavier o as on top that can smash the ones on the bottom. Next time I'll just send it back without opening it.

Poor replacement part
The door is perfect but the inner plastic flap is suppose to be flexible, it was to stiff, so I had to use the old piece to be able to install new door

Craftsman mower rear door replacement.
Installation is simple if you have the right tool. The posts that the door is mounted on are threaded and require a size 40 Torx (star) bit. You will need an impact driver or ratchet wrench as they are very tight. The springs are right and left oriented.

Same as the part i replaced, only time ive had one break on a mower, considering without it you cant very well use mower as grass discharges at you, think the attachment point would be reinforced. Had to call after estimated delivery date to see why it hadnt even shipped, leaving 2 weeks plus of grass to plow through.
