Wrong Color
I had the model and serial number of the washer, and was assured by the agent that this was indeed the correct knob, but it wasn't. They also shipped the first package to entirely the wrong street address, so I waited a long time to receive the wrong part. Hopefully it fits, but I don't have high hopes.
