I love a product that is so simple to use that it doesn't really have directions. Not that there aren't warnings on the bottle about potential hazards, but it really is that simple to apply to your appliances.

paint wasn't a perfect match

I talked to customer service 2 times. I was given a different part number for the paint each time. I ordered after the first conversation and the paint did not match at all. It came from Sheffield. The next time I called I was given a Smart Choice paint and ordered that. It too was not a perfect match, but closer than the first.
