Smooth transition.
Fairly straight forward process of remove and replace. Very happy with our new downdraft range.

Fan
Ordered a brand new oven, came with defective fan (made a lot of noise) but apparently it is not covered by warranty? So I had to purchase a new fan out of my pocket. Fan was nice and arrived quickly, took about 45 minutes to install and you do need some help to move the oven. Works like it is supposed to now!!

Difficult to install
We purchased an "as is" range that had freight damage. The blower motor and more importantly, the installation template was missing. The positioning is very demanding as there is little clearance and the duct work must be precisely aligned. I had to relocate the gas line, 240v outlet, as well as the outside vent to complete the installation. The part, however works flawlessly.
