Not helpful
For the 3rd try at fixing my problem. First two suggests failed miserably. 3rd try, was told the dryer key was universal and it is not. Now I am stuck with a coin box that wont open and I now have to figure out another way to get it open, as Sears is of no help. Also, very tedious process in speaking with Sears on the phone. No one seems to have any clue about anything or care about your problem. A complete letdown yet again. Sad to see Sears fall so deeply when they were once the go-to store for pretty much anything.
