Estate is known for manufacturing sophisticated kitchen appliances with innovative technology, and the company's microwave hood combos are no exception. You expect exceptional performance and advanced features from your Estate microwave hood combo that make cooking and heating food easier than ever.

Cleaning tips for your Estate microwave hood combo

  • Wash microwave interior cavity surfaces often using warm, sudsy water and a sponge or soft cloth. Use only mild, nonabrasive soap. Rinse off soap using plain water then dry all surfaces thoroughly.
  • Clean areas whether the door and oven frame touch when the door is closed.
  • To remove stubborn stains inside the microwave oven cavity, boil a cup of water in the microwave for 3 minutes. Steam will soften the stubborn stains. Clean the stains with warm sudsy water then rinse all surfaces with a cloth moistened with plain water. Dry all surfaces thoroughly.
  • Wash the turntable and turntable support whenever spills fall on the turntable and/or support.
  • Wipe down the outside of the microwave hood combo cabinet using a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent. Rinse off detergent using a soft cloth moistened with plain water. Dry all cabinet surfaces completely.

Replacing the turntable motor in your Estate microwave hood combo

  • Unplug the microwave hood combo power cord to disconnect electrical power.
  • Open the microwave door and remove the turntable. Pull the turntable motor coupler off the turntable motor shaft. Close the door.
  • Remove the grease filters from the bottom panel of the microwave hood combo. Set the grease filters aside.
  • Remove the bottom panel mounting screws. Support the bottom panel as you remove the final mounting screw.
  • Allow the bottom panel to drop down slightly then disconnect the cooktop light wire harness. Remove the bottom panel.
  • Remove the turntable mounting screws and pull out the turntable motor. Install the new turntable motor and secure it with the mounting screws.
  • Reassemble the microwave hood combo and plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
