Replacing the brush roll drive belt in your Iona upright vacuum
- Unplug the power cord to disconnect electrical power from the vacuum cleaner.
- Turn the vacuum cleaner over so the bottom of the nozzle assembly is facing up.
- Remove the screws from the bottom of the bottom plate.
- Pull the bottom plate off the nozzle assembly.
- Pull out the brush roll and remove the belt from the motor shaft and brush roll.
- Slide the new belt onto the motor shaft and slip the other end of the belt over the brush roll.
- Reinstall the brush roll into the nozzle assembly.
- Reinstall the bottom plate and secure it with the mounting screws.
