Safety tips for your Pollenex air purifier
Read all instructions in the owner's manual before operating the air purifier.
Position the air purifier where it won't be easily knocked over and damaged by members of your household.
Always unplug the air purifier when it's not in use.
Keep the power cord away from heat sources such as space heater.
Don't allow foreign objects to enter ventilation or exhaust openings as this may cause electrical shock or damage to the air cleaner.
Cleaning your Pollenex air purifier
Turn off the air purifier and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet to completely disconnect electrical power.
Remove the front grille and clean all slots in the grill to remove dust, dirt and debris. Reinstall the front grill on the air purifier.
Clean the outside of the air purifier cabinet using a soft cloth moistened with plain water. To remove stubborn stains, use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent such as dish detergent. Wipe the area with a soft cloth moistened with plain water to remove detergent residue. Dry all surfaces with a soft cloth.
Don't attempt to clean the pre-filter or HEPA filter. Those filters aren't washable and attempting to wash the filter will cause damage.
Plug the air purifier power cord back into the electrical outlet to restore power and turn on the air purifier.
