Operating tips for your DeLonghi portable air conditioner
Close the windows and doors in the room where you're using the portable air conditioner. When the exhaust hose is installed through a hole in the wall instead of a window, you'll need to leave a window or door cracked to leave a slight draught through the room.
Protect the room from direct exposure to sunlight by partially closing curtains and/or blinds to help the air conditioner run more efficiently. Minimize the number of heat sources in the room.
Never place objects on the air conditioner that obstruct the air intake or outlet grilles.
Don't use the portable air conditioner in extremely damp spaces such as the laundry room. Never use the air conditioner outdoors.
Make sure the air conditioner is positioned on a level floor.
