Troubleshooting your Commodore printer when it won't power up
- Check the electrical outlet. If the electrical outlet is dead, reset the house circuit breaker for the outlet.
- Check the power cord. Make sure the power cord is fully plugged into the printer. Replace the power cord if it's frayed or damaged.
- Power supply board. If the printer is plugged into a working outlet and the power cord is good, then a failed power supply board may be preventing the printer from powering up.
