Solved the problem
watched YouTube video that showed I needed to remove all the screws from inside the door. I did and found that my model only required removing the top 4. getting the entire door back together required an extra set of hands. Not complicated at all. It took a long time to arrive (months) but I received emails frequently stating it was coming.
