New Motor
There was no detailed installation instructions for the replacement so I recommend taking a few pictures so you can refrence the wire routing etc. It only took the disconnection of 2 wires. One part needs to be removed from the old moter and installed on the new. It was a fairly easy exchange. Took me about 40 min. I wasn't in a big hurry.

Difficult
I had to modify the vacuum body in order to fit the motor. If the motor had fit properly, installation would have been a breeze.
