Customer service representatives are a joke
Customer service representatives have no clue about the products or their compatibility with the systems they are supposed to be compatible with. I had to go to a local hardware store and piece together the parts needed to get my power washer system up and running.

After market replacement. Not Craftsman!
Was not what I expected. Had to use a large set of pliers to separate high pressure hose from gun. Added a safety switch to gun. Pain to push to activate trigger.
