Poor service and poor product availability
I called the service line to get the part I needed. Both times the person on the phone call convinced me the product was the same as the part I was needed and it was not. The original part is no longer available, and both times they did not say that. They kept saying the part is equivalent and would work. My part had three electrical connections and this one had one. Clearly the wrong parts. They were more enthusiastic about signing me up for a replacement filter subscription than actually solving my problem. If there was an option to give zero stars I would but you must pick At least one.
