TERRIBLE Experience - Zero stars if I could
We needed a new lint screen for our Sears Kenmore dryer. I gave the dryer's model number to the online live chat assistant who told me what the replacement part was and ordered it for me. The new part didn't fit correctly and when I contacted Sears PartsDirect again they said I had been sent the wrong replacement part and they would send out the correct one. A week later the same wrong replacement part arrived. I contacted them again and was told once again that I had been sent the wrong part and they would send the correct part. The 3rd replacement screen arrived a couple of days ago and it is definitely NOT the correct part - it fits even more poorly than the other two. Meanwhile, my credit card statement arrived and I have been charged for two replacement screens at two different prices - I imagine I'll be charged for the 3rd one as well, and I still don't have the correct replacement lint screen.
