Damaged goods and horrible service
This nearly $400.00 bridge element arrived smashed to pieces. Sears claimed the cost would be refunded as soon as UPS scanned the returning item into their system. That did happen. The bridge element should have arrived at Sears by now and I still have not seen a refund. I would have added a photo but that didn't work either.

Not right part.
Didnt fit even after confirming the model number. Had to modify the connections to make it work.
